Dan,I saw your post last week.I think it was your first post. Your Vanagon was a running Vanagon located in the pacific NW for $700.Did you accept that $700. The guy in this post wants to buy a BURNT Vanagon that is a year newer than 87. The seller wants to stick him for $1000.He is not in the NW, like you.The market he lives in probably has not even seen a Vanagon for years and years and years and years.South West Virginia. This market says the vehicle is worth $200 max for a non running vehicle.If that seller has someone else to sell it to, it may bring more.I doubt it. I also doubt he can find another buyer.Let alone, one that will tow it very far.SW Virginia is 300 miles from anywhere.Got to include that in the price.$200 max for a non running vehicle(except maybe a Corvette). |
