They are more like coned rubber grommets/donuts. Mmmm....donuts. Anyway, they are often broken/worn, if they are cheap, order new ones. If they are expensive, order 2. and install the your best old ones at the top and the new ones at the bottom. Or, if the dealer is too expen$ive, go to a hardware store and find something similar once you take off the old ones... -paul
