first, id try to grease the track well with white lithium spray grease.. dont force anything. i have a sunroof van here with the same problem

Hi All

I have a 1986 Syncro Van. The van has been restored mechanically and now the body is also completed including repainting. Problem is that the body shop can't close the sun roof. The sun roof closes to within two inches and then it's just too heavy to force the rest. Any ideas??
