I kinda know the scoop here, he is down in sidney bc
he is undercapitalized he bought the site & business for the right to be the
N.A. arm for SA parts,  but recently did some personal investments so has no
$$
to bring in SA containers says that once he get some capital again the
containers will move
but my take is that all sounded vague & wishful thinking he has no real
plans at this moment
