A '84 this time (as if I didn't have enough to do with my '84 7 pass and
my '85 Westy).
Is it a disease or just an affliction?

and your Fleet of Vanagons will be deployed to the NATO Forces
presently bogged-down in Afghanistan. The Canadian Forces have run-out
of combat-personnel-transporters and say, they are out of money to buy
more. As your Vanagons are AKA "Transporters" our procurement division
informs us that a Transporter is a Transporter: so you are it!
Effective immediately you will paint all your said transporters gray
and have them ready for
shipment NLT 29 February 2007. Pick-up, somewhere alone the Coast of
Maine. Perhaps at the same Islet "Red October" defected to some 10
years ago? You will continue to collect your pension while on active
duty. A small maintenance & spare-parts fund will be made available to
you and your fleet as the Navy is well-aware of the maintenance
nightmare you will encounter during this indefinite deployment. Have a
