Believe it or not, the "Mellow Yellow" so prevalent on 80-84 Vanagons (such as my 84 Westy) is L567 Ivory, Sales Term B9, at least according to my sticker. There are two places I've been able to find a color chip that exactly matches my factory paint job (accurate color tone is dependent on the quality of your screen and it's display).

One is Wolfsburg West's site http://www.wolfsburgwest.com/colors/65l567.htm (note: I have no idea what the L62 color code that is mentioned)

AutoColorLibrary.com is another excellent reference I've used over the years and it even shows what the PPG/Ditzler Color Code is to provide your local automotive paint supply house (LAPSH?) (You may have to cut & paste this link) http://tcpglobal.com/autocolorlibrary/cgi-bin/search/searchpic.pl?1980-volkswagen-pg01.jpg

NOTE: For some reason, when querying 82 thru 84 models, ACL's pages primarily show Rabbit Westmoreland product chips, so it's NFG for Vanagon owners unless you look at 80-81 models.
