As an original ex-owner of a 67 Deluxe 21 Wdw I can say that is correct. I have seen a 66 Ambulance with it's original paint and the color is identical to my 84 Westy. The formula for L567 is one of at least a half-dozen colors VW has used for over 50 years without change. As I said, I don't know where WW is getting the L62 designation as a search of PPG's interchange codes yields nothing on L62, but plenty on L567. Perhaps L62 is a current "Glasurit" designation for the original L567. -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 73 K Ghia Coupe "Denise" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com *********************************** On 2/19/07, Michael Elliott <camping.elliott@gmail.com> wrote: > > With the Wolfburg West color chip on my profiled color monitor and > Mellow Yellow right outside the window I'd have to call their L62 Ivory > a match to what might be L567 on Mellow Yellow.
