I have 2 paypal accounts, one that accepts credit card payments so they hit me for charges on everything I receive not just credit cards. But I also have a basic account on another email address and bank account that does not accept credit card payments, so there are no fees when someone sends me payments directly out of their bank account. Don't know if there are special fees or extra time for overseas payments.
