I agree that the Linux discussion was way off topic (and I am a big Linux user/fan).

However, I stronly disagree with you on your opinion that satellite radio is off topic. Do you also consider discussions of speakers and "stereos" off topic? Those discussions happen all the time. Do you consider dual battery discussions off topic? I have gleaned very useful information from all of the above discussions.

You have many options in this matter. You could start your own list, and moderate it yourself. You could also unsubscribe to this list. Or, probably, the better solution would be to use filters and the delete key, as has been already recommended.

RVC: Has anyone ever had a magnetic mount satellite antenna "fly off" a Vanagon?

Jon (gotta go add some Slick 50 to my oil. I hear it gives me %200 better gas mileage)
