Zoltan,

It sounds like it's time to the heads and replace them or repair the pits and put new rubber gaskets in there. It's a 30 hour job if you have everything on hand, nothing supercomplicated. It's a great time to replace your hydraulic lifters. There's plenty in the archives to guide you through step by step.
