Subject: Replacement Rear Seat
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

Hello. My '85 GL came with a very strange rear seat. It's blue courdaroy, full width, and has a westfalia patch on the underside of the trunk pad. The base is made of wood, and it was for some reason never bolted down when i got it. If anyone knows the history of where a seat like this would come from, i would be interested in that as well... I'm now planning on bolting it down and wondering if it will be able to use the existing holes from the old seat (original seat), or if i'll be required to drill new holes. If anyone knows the Bolt size for these rear bolts, that would greatly aid in finding bolts as well (I have no bolts).

Thanks a million! Have a GREAT day!

-Craig '85GL Sunroof/camper.
