I sent an inquiry to the Seller as I was familiar with him. I asked how it was imported. I have not received a response. This is the fellow who bought my buddy's 90 Syncro last month and promptly resold it on Ebay for slight profit. IIRC he is also the fellow who owns www.OEveedub.com (formerly Rocky Mountain Motorwerks?). Me likes the panel but not if the paperwork isn't STR8.

Cali DMV is getting really stuff on the ZZZ stuff.
