Hello Troy,

Funny you should ask (shameless plug). I am a recovering 12 volt user and I am listing on e-bay some of my stash; 12 volt mini broilers(item# 320083018788) and soon an elec fry pans. Good quality--Empire, made in USA. I've never used the pans but I carry one of the broilers at work for toasting sandwiches. Compared to a cold sandwich It's great. I use a drip coffee pot(JC Whitney or FLAPS), takes about 40 mins for 2 cups of Jo. We used it more when the kids were babies and didn't want to stop for coffee and have them wake up. I even have a cool toaster. Never used it.

I don't have the kitchen in my Multivan so the 12V appliances are more important to me than they would be to a full camper driver. When I installed the extra 12V receptacle in back I made sure the outlet, wires and connectors were rated to handle at least 15 amps. I installed this primarily for a 3-way dometic mobile fridge. Also use a VW solar panel for the extra batt.

A small winch is handy if you have a need. #1 most utilized and only $8 (FLAPS) are the fans I got for sleeping and helping out the A.C.

Good luck; Chris C 90MV http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZruthchrisQQhtZ-1

Anyone care to share their thoughts as to what 12 volt accessory items they've purchased they found useful, what is junk or what not to purchase. Particular brand names would be useful, as well as sources.

Thanks!
