Bostig line looks good. I have had my local Gates dealer make me a few sets of these, both hi and low side, just to keep it looking good. They work like a charm. I really like the fact that Bostig has the silencer option for engine swaps. My SVX Syncros' PS lines and pump make a little bit of noise, but nothing compared to my custom straight out exhaust. Oh, they hear me comin' for sure. dylan ----- Original Message ---- From: Sam Walters <sam.cooks@verizon.net> To: dylan friedman <insyncro@YAHOO.COM>; vanagon <vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com> Sent: Friday, February 23, 2007 1:31:36 PM Subject: Re: leaks leaks and more leaks - another source for high pressure power steering hoses I concur with Dylan's comment on the type of hose that is needed if you go to a flexible hose. Bostig Engineering also sells a high pressure hydraulic hose to replace the corroded and maybe leaking metal hose. www.bostig.com Sam -- Sam Walters Baltimore, MD 89 Syncro, Bostig Zetec conversion powered |
