Anyone out there running grease in their diesel? I was wondering what setup y'all are using and why? It seems vanagon diesels are about ideal for converting, but there are so many options for getting the fuel up to temp, I was wanting to know what other vanagon greasers in similar climates to mine were running. Looking to do a simple low cost conversion. I have a greasecar coolant heated filter and the rest minus heated tank. I really want to fabricate a heat exchanger that utilizes exhaust heat from the manifold/downpipe, but it seems regulagating the heat would be a problem. Ideas? Thanks all |
