Unless you're adamant about limiting yourself to disposable razors, try a Gillette Mach III. The three-blade head clicks on and off the handle. Carry the razor without the head on it, and there is no blade to protect, and no need to protect anything in the kit from the blade. The handle, lacking any cross-T on the end, takes up little room in the kit. A four- pack blade dispenser, though probably bigger than you would like, is flat, does not take up much room, and fits in the kit where other things don't. Click a head on the handle, shave, then replace the head in the dispenser.
