I'm going to have to caution you on the Van-Cafe parts... I had previously gotten the South African Big Brakes from them, and they fit fine. More recently I got their "Big Brake" kit, and it wasn't the same thing at all. Even though it was supposted to fit with the Rheins the good folks at East Coast Vanagon discovered the hard way that it was a very tight fit and initially didn't fit at all with the Rheins (though other 15" wheels did work.) The folks at Van- Cafe later confirmed this, but noted previous instances HAD fit without problems. They are supposed to be getting more of the South African Big Brakes, and I'll switch to those when they come in (all my other Vanagons have that type anyway, so it just makes sense, overall, for me to keep my fleet homogeneous. )

I already have 15" Rheins installed. |
