Sounds like you are around a college. And near summertime.College towns
have a very high room avaliability rate that time of year.My son signed a
lease for this college year, 6/06-6/07,but he and his roomates didnt move
in till August. My son says all his friends who lived off campus had to
rent and not occupy for this period of time.Landlords want to rent for 12
months ,not 9. Seems like you could find something to house sit for not to
much money.Maybe for free, considering.
