brian..the definition of a "rust hole" is literally that.. a hole. that water and light can pass thru. are these actual holes, or just surface rusted spots?

if you have holes in your roof - then the only way to fix it right is to weld in new metal.

any kind of filler or bondo or whatever will just eventually fail..

as far as the front windshield seal - if you have the groove for the trim insert, and the insert was removed or missing, then your not getting a good tight seal against the frame of the winshield or body. i had the same problem with my van..i solved the problem by relacing the front seal with a late model one that never had the trim inserts.
