There wouldn't really be a problem if listmembers would configure their email clients to to send and receive their listmail in PLAIN TEXT. In over 13 years, I've found no need to use HTML in almost all of my email, whether using Outlook, Earthlink's copycat of Outlook (TotalAccess) or even here in Gmail - I configure them all for Plain Text. I like my mail simple and Plain Text takes care of that very well.

I usually strip out the ">" in the course of preparing a reply or froward. I find them useless. -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 73 K Ghia Coupe "Denise" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com *********************************** On 3/4/07, samc <samc@surfglobal.net> wrote: > > Is it possible, when responding to this specific web site, for folks to > strip out the ">" before they respond. > > I use "Email Stripper" which is a no cost download for every note > forwarded > to me which I decide to re-send to others. > samc
