Larry,

I have pulled and trial fitted an 'american conversion van" REAR heat/AC unit* ** special note there are overhead, underseat and inthe backsidewall models.** the backsidewall model looks like it would fit with out much difficulty in replacement of the glovebox. then duct'd to where you desire.

this unit can be placed anywhere you want to run the lines to. I've condidered it in the back under the backseat, behind the front pass seat.
