You might want to consider this setup:

http://kfz.freepage.de/rfeussner/bremse/

I developed this kit from strictly VW/Audi parts (calipers, rotors etc). I sell this kit in Germany as a true plug-and-play system for 1790Euro. I deliver the adaptors and all other parts included for a swap from stock to big brakes. All parts are brandnew from the shelf. No machining or other modifications of the suspension is necessary.

Front: 288x25mm vented, rear: 245x10mm solid

I am also considering selling only the front parts, or only the rear or maybe even "only adaptors". So that people can choose between using all new parts or finding used parts on their own. These "small kit" prices are yet to be calculated.
