it's the bus and the reasons we drive them that make the list different. and that makes the people on the list different from other car lists. think about the reasons kids/people want to drive GTis ... now think about those same reasons applied to vanagons. doesn't work, does it? :) and the same is true of the type2 and vintage bus folks.

i think you have to go to something like the old volvo list to find the same sort of personality. maybe the old brit car lists. basically, you have to find another list wtih a lot of crazy people on it. ;)
