Diesel engine pieces? Think less than $1200 for a complete set, and relatively easy to come by. Nothing special there.

In fact, I have a complete set (minus usable hoses and flywheel) of diesel parts if anyone is looking? Bellhousing, carrier bars, engine mounts, oil pan, oil pick-up tube, etc... If you're converting to an I4, I also have a cabrio intake manifold (fits better in the tight space) and an Audi 80/90 exhaust manifold and 4/2/1 downpipe which routes the exhaust forward so you can get a nice long run on the exhaust pipes and get the resonance down. I may have the flywheel, but it would have rust on it.

I had been planning a conversion, but the engine died prematurely and we rebuilt instead :(

<quote> These vans are desirable for some as they are great candidates for upgrade to turbo 1.6/1.9 diesels or better yet a TDI. They are also great for converting to I4 gas engines as they c/w the required oil pan carrier bar/mounts etc. Not sure what fair market value is, but for the right person, they are a good find. </quote>
