In past posts that can be found in the archives, and on some of the frequently referenced web pages that explain CV joint repair and therefore boot installation, one can find details about how to install the CV boots.

There are good ways and bad ways - and the bad or incorrect ways that are said to decrease boot longevity greatly.

Therefore, the fact that a particular brand of CV boot, one that is used with good results by many people, fails doesn't necessarily mean that it is of low quality.

It may mean that it wasn't installed quite right.
