I agree.

I recall reading of proper boot installation prior to doing my own CV's. Can't recall exactly where Could have been here:

Anyhow....

It is possible to incorrectly install and secure boot so small end of boot is pushed too close to the big end. I guess if too close, bellows would rub and/or just "turn" poorly. For lack of better description.
