Here's a good video on global warming: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4520665474899458831&q=global+warming+bbc

You can watch it while your Vanagon is idling.

On April 14 events are planned all over the US to demonstrate support for effective Congressional action to reduce US greenhouse gas emissions and address the global warming problem. Including a couple of different events in Greensboro, NC.

Would anyone be interested in organizing a caravan from Everybus to go to one of these events and show our support? I've found info about two Greensboro events on the web. One is being organized by Deep Roots, a coop market in the town, apparently to be held at a local library. If there's interest from enough people to get a respectable caravan going, I'll contact them and see whether maybe folks on their end want to join us, or meet us somewhere. The web indicated that their library events are at around 3:30 that Saturday afternoon, so that's about when we might do something.

Please let me know! And if you're on other lists that might include lots of folks going to Every Bus (does FMBC have a listserv?), please do pass this on, as well.

Joy
