<One of my favorite things to do after getting a new car is seeing what the PO left behind. Best find? A Vaughn Bode book from the 70's (not for the kids) buried in a mound of crap in a dead Ghia (removed crap, brought back to life)>

Mine too, especially a camper. I've found money, knives, bowling ball and shoes. Perhaps the funniest find, though, was on a '77 Westy I bought years ago. The PO told me his wife hated the thing, and would never go camping with him, said he used it all the time to go on "fishing trips". When I got it home and started cleaning it out, in the glove box I found several receipts for motels, and not all that far away from where the PO lived. Under the bed were packs of contraceptive gel! HMMM, wife never went with him on trips, motel receipts, and contraceptive gel-I think I know what he was "fishing" for!!
