Subject:      inconsistent emissions on an '85 Westy

Greetings!  My '85 is driving my mechanic (and I) crazy due to it not
passing emissions.  Lot's of stuff is new on the engine including Air
Box, a new Go Westy ECU, new Bosch fuel injectors and a new Cat.  He
says at most of the time it's below maximum levels but then it'll all of
a sudden go over.  Is there something else to look for?  It's the first
time in 22 years it's not passed.
