Subject: bad radiator fan ground - 87 westy
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

My radiator van ground behind the fuse box is faulty. Fan won't work unless I push on the ground connection with a screwdriver. I would like to move it to another location but am afraid of causing ground loops. Can anyone recommend a ground improvement? Its awful hard to get at the radiator fan ground location to splice on another wire to connect a ground terminal to. The wire seems to go directly through the bulkhead towards the headlights but can't be spotted (by me anyways) with the front grill off unless its in a rubber router conduit. I've got 12 feet of 12 guage wire and some splices and terminal ends but not sure what route to take or where there might be an existing attachment location to move the ground to. Any help would be welcome.
