Nope!

It's not a plug.

Hint:

This I'm sure of; it keeps something from clicking. i.e. metal hitting metal.

This part may be used elsewhere, but where I found it, it wasn't a plug.

And there are two in same immediate area.

And to be fair, I just took a **quick** look in Benltley. It DIDN'T show it but I'm sure it's stock.
