When I did my Subie conversion I bled the hydraulic clutch with a device
consisting of a reservoir cap, eight feet of 1/4 inch tube and female valve
stem adapter.  I first lowered the tire pressure to about 15 psi (??) and it
worked quite well.  Shutoff was a tie wrap.  A real shutoff valve would just
make it too damned expensive.
