I'm guessing this has been done, but to google this part number New Zeland
shows up as a lead--that is of the "nz" in th URL is New Zeland. I'm not sure
what the chart means. If you hit the link here you'll see some part numbers for
Hella. I'm not sure how or IF the information helps. the 8343 R19 comes up on
