Oops, my bad. I know someone with a doka was talking about putting an a/c under the rear seat. I'll be using one of the self contained units from www.vintageair.com for my Tristar a/c project. The vents will be installed so that the cold air blows forward & up between the front seats. It shouldn't be too hard to cool the small cabin of the doka.

Nope. I've planning on using the overhead unit that Chris mentions. My problem is that a Tristar has a door opening on the driver side, where the refrigerant lines come down from the overhead unit.

Someone DID install those lines into the pillar, though it is a tight fit. That's probably the approach I'll go. Sure would be nice to find a creative automotive AC shop locally.
