While we're on the topic of Coleman accessories, every self-respecting camper who ever wanted to cook more than one pancake at a time must get the Coleman Non-Stick Griddle (5140D700T). (Do a Froogle search for sellers and prices. You can get it for around $30.) It fits the Westy's burners like it was made specifically for this purpose. (An added bonus is that it happens to fit the burners on our gas stove, so we use it at home, too.) You don't need to put any oil on the griddle; when they say non-stick, they mean it. Clean-up is ridiculously easy: just wipe off any drops of batter and put it away. (BTW, I first read about it on this listserv years ago, but figured it was time to re-post.) Ray
