Hi Joy,

No idea why its unused. It has no seats, because it's a panel van.
They were very commonly used as cargo vehicles and tradesman's vans;
so no rear seats were needed.

I also noticed that it's got the type1 "upright" engine more commonly
found in the beetle or 68-71 bus. Type4 engines were an option in
europe, the UK and Austrailia.
