Going through the very same process myself right now,
and what I did during removal was bag and tag each
separate element's hardware as it came out.  "Rear
seat" Baggie had a label (with Bentley reference XX.X
-- damn, I'm good) and in the bag all the screws,
nuts, bolts, clips, etc. that came off to remove the
seat.  Same for the closet, A/C cabinet, etc.

I am amazed to discover, though, that there are STILL
some bits unaccounted for as I reinstall.  Hmmm, where
did this screw go?  It's as if the socks lost in the
laundry are reincarnated as threaded fasteners in the
Westy.  It really is heaven!
