According to Bentley, it looks like the 2nd wire off of the compressor goes to the idle control valve so another could be spliced in here as I see it. I can understand that the Sanden 510 may not be as smooth as the Sanden 709 and the greatest consideration will probably be the cost of swapping over the fittings and or hoses to use the 510 in it's place. If this becomes cost prohibitive then I will sell the new Sanden 510 on the Samba or Ebay as it is new/unused and would be a perfect replacement for an earlier model 508 or 510 that has failed and purchase a used or new Sanden 709 unless someone on the list feels that another brand like Arctic would be just as good.
