Hi Tom,

Perhaps the coolant was slightly too concentrated... Adding 2 cups of water might then increase its effectiveness and improve the function of the cooling system.

Hills, headwinds and driving speeds might also have been contributing factors. Us aircooled drivers are really conscious of that sort of thing.
