Heh... took me a minute to figure out what I was looking at... at first I was thinking 'what kind of scam is this, mixing in pics of a Westy with this other...' I just got up after working all night- that's my excuse, anyway. That an interesting idea tho, and kind of applies to Squirrel's dilemma of a couple weeks ago. It made me think of those vehicles that were pickups or vans of X brand that have flatbeds or RV bodies behind the cab... if you had the skills, the time and a spare Westy laying around you could clip the Westy behind the front seats and Frankenstein it onto the chassis of your platform of choice and still have the Westy part without most of the VW part as this fellow has done. An alternative to the engine conversion route...
