An easy place is unused relay socket #2, pin 4. Look close for the pin numbers near the holes. 86+ only for this. (page 97.105)

This connects to the key switch black wire which is hot whenever the key is on, cranking or not.

This would be unfused so put a fuse right near wherever you hook it up.

Or use the empty male spade either G2 or G5 on the back of the fuse/relay panel. These work on fuse #S18 so you would have protection but you might want to up the size of the fuse slightly. (page 97.115)

Page 97.201 has the best illustration of the pin numbers for the back of the fuse/relay panel.
