Subject:      Old wiper motor parks, New doesn't

Hi all.


I bought a new wiper motor and am firing it up to get it park so I can
attach wiper relay armsin correct position.


Problem: it spins on all 3 settings, but won't park.


Old motor parks.


New motor has same pinout, same colour wires (2 + ground) and looks like
correct part.


Wiring is **carefully** laid out, (dash is still off) and connectors to turn
signal, ignition, and wiper switch are plugged in.


Fuse box is dangling, and the fish are not jumpin'. It is not "Summer
time"........ sorry. I digress, uh de-fuse, ah .....


Any help much appreciated!
