Sounds like everyone's to blame! Did she buy a long block or a short block from GEX? With all the crap the shop did, I'd almost expect that they bought the short block and built up the rest of the engine. How do you leave tin off the engine -- and shouldn't be obvious that there shouldn't be parts left over??
