Removing just that one cabinet is not easy, even if
you remove the fridge first.  After unbolting it from
the low cabinet behind it and disconnecting the
sink/fridge/cooktop electrical connections and the
gas/water feeds, you'll have to lift the cabinet
straight up to clear the gas lines and sink drain
pipe, and then out.

I looked at the holes in the cabinet bottom for the
gas lines and sink drain and made them into slots so
that I could just pull the cabinet straight away from
the wall without the lifting part (after removing the
front table pedestal mount that looks like it would be
in the way).
