I think, this is working on oil pressure and you will only get the switch
switching when the pressure is great enough. That means, pressing the
brakes. Other cars have a little switch, like the handbrake switch and
activate when that is pressed.
Unless we will fit one of those, we have to put up with this delayed brake
lights.
