You Can take the Pan-American highway, goes all the way to the most southern tip of South America. Almost impossible to cross right before Columbia, bad roads, flood zone, if you get past that to Columbia, I'd say 70 percent of Columbia is not under government control, scary. It takes about a month to cross and I've only seen it done by jeep or motorcycle. If you are going to go get one in Brazil, let me know! I been there 11 times.
