If you open the door of your fridge and see a small panel meter with a white and a green zone you have an early fridge and it came with a relay screwed onto the top where the controls are. The Westy house light is not connected to the Westy kitchen wiring. It splices into the ceiling wiring used by the other inside lights. You should move all of them to the aux battery if available. If you try to run the charging current wire for the aux battery from the main fuse/relay panel like the PO did you can expect to get slow charging and sometimes no charging.
