Having experienced this recently I can say from combing over the archives at the time that there were some posts that stated that sometimes new switches don't work. So you might have a bad switch or two. Other than that I would suggest that you bleed the system such that you get all of the old brake fluid out so there is nothing to crud up the system and switches.
