Hi Matt,

I wouldn't know who p-mailed you claiming to be a "list moderator."
There ain't no such thing.  From the sound of it, I suspect that
someone had their tongue planted firmly in their cheek.

Make all the mistakes you want.  There'll surely be someone who will
correct you.

This list has been around for so long there is no real written
policy.  It has alwas been run as an anarchic monarchy. The monarchs
change from time to time, but in its entire life (early 1994 to
present), there have been but six of us.
