According to the new book I have, "The Volkswagen Bus" by Malcom Bobbitt, they are still making bay window buses with 1.4 liter water cooled engine in Brazil. It also says that there are camper companies importing them into Britain. In one of the pictures I see a price tag with the camper conversion of 25K British Pounds. No thanks as far as I'm concerned. $45K for loaf van? I don't care if it is new. If I was going to blow that kind of money I'd rather get an 2003 Eurovan Camper or even a GoWesty "restoration". (or maybe 10 turd brown 83.5 vans like I have now...)
